Testimonials

A FEW GREAT THINGS WE’VE HEARD FROM OUR CLIENTS:

“Rob is a realtor who knows his area well. He’ll continuously watch for the most economical buy for his clients. He’s a go getter and you’ll love working with him!” – T. A.

“Rob Mason is the consumate realtor. I know from personal experience the level of personal integrity, active listening, and genuine service Rob provides to all his clients. Rob is always working on his knowledge of the market and has created exclusive websites that allow up to date information to be readily available to current or prospective clients. If you are going to do a real estate transaction I would recommend that you ask Rob to be your agent.” – T.R.

“ROB MASON IS DETAIL ORIENTED AND HAS GREAT FOLLOWUP. WORKS WELL WITH CLIENTS AND HIS KNOWLEDGE BASE ON REALTY IN THE AREA HE REPRESENTS IS BROAD. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND SOMEONE YOU CAN RELY ON.” – I.H.

“I take pleasure in recommending Rob Mason for your real estate needs. I have known him for over 5 years and find him to be highly respectful and trustworthy. Prior to listing my home, I had recommended Rob to friends and family members who live in this area or are from out of state and looking to relocate to the Myrtle Beach area. Since listing my home, Rob has spent countless hours developing a comprehensive and informative sales plan. He maintains an open line of communication for my questions, as well as keeping me informed on current market prices in my neighborhood and the status of my listing. I completely trust Rob and will continue to highly recommend him as the best choice for a realtor.“ – D.H.

“Rob provides excellent client service. He’s quick to respond and keeps in touch with updates and changes in the market. I highly recommend Rob for his service, integrity and results.” – S.M.

“My Wife Leslie and I were pursuing buying land in Myrtle Beach. We contacted Rob as we saw he did work in the neighborhood we were interested in. Our initial efforts did not result in a buy but he worked hard for us after we left town to find what we were looking for and negotiate a deal we were comfortable with. We closed a deal 6 weeks later. His efforts were excellent and his communication skills first rate. Thanks Rob!” – S.F.

“My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Rob when we were searching for our second home last year. We were new to the area, and Rob really took the time to listen to our needs and wants and find homes that fit what we were searching for. Rob is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and goes above and beyond what you would normally expect of a realtor. We would absolutely work with him again and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.” – K.H.

“Rob was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us great guidance throughout the process. Always on time with great follow-up!” – T.F.

We enjoyed working with Rob! He listed our home for sale and within 3 weeks he had a full price contract for us! He made the whole process less stressful for us! We are also using Rob to help us look for our next home! He is a great listener and pays attention to our comments to show us properties that will suit our wants and needs! -M. E. F.
